For new parents

An assistant for new parents who only have one hand

By , founder, Saulutions

A new baby turns the day into short gaps. Ari fits those gaps: text or send a voice note with one hand, and Ari keeps the appointments, lists, and reminders so they are not left to a tired memory. Ari is AI and keeps track of logistics. Medical questions belong with your doctor or nurse line.

Where things slip

  • Appointments, forms, and supplies pile up while sleep drops, and the details live across notes, texts, and memory.
  • Typing a full note or opening an app is hard when you are holding a baby.
  • A shared list helps, but someone still has to remember to check it.

How Ari helps

Capture with a voice note or a short text

Send "pediatrician Thursday 2pm, bring the vaccine card" as a voice note. Ari reads the voice note and files the appointment as a reminder.

Reminders that come to you

Ari reminds you before an appointment, on the day forms are due, and for recurring chores. If plans move, tell Ari and the reminder moves with them.

Lists and errands

Keep a running list of supplies in the thread: "add diapers and wipes." Ask Ari what is on the list when you are at the store. Ari can also check stock and hours on a store's site with the live browser.

A calendar for the week

Ari keeps a calendar of your commitments and can read and write Google Calendar once connected, so appointments land where the rest of the household can see them.

What it looks like

An invented example of a quick capture between feeds.

  1. You: [voice note] pediatrician thursday at 2, need the vaccine card
  2. Ari: Added: pediatrician, Thursday 2pm. Reminder Wednesday evening to find the vaccine card, and one an hour before you leave. Good?
  3. You: yes. also we're low on diapers
  4. Ari: Added diapers to the shopping list. Want a reminder when you head out Saturday?

What to keep in mind

  • Ari is not a medical service. Questions about your baby's health go to a doctor or nurse line.
  • Ari is AI and can be wrong. Confirm appointment times with the clinic.

Text Ari your next appointment.

Ari is AI, not a human assistant, and can be wrong. Start with one real thing you want to remember or keep doing.
