For ADHD

A reminder assistant for ADHD that lives in your texts

By , founder, Saulutions

Many people with ADHD set up an app and then forget to open it. Ari works from the place you already look: your messages. Tell Ari what has to happen, and Ari reminds you, checks in, and remembers the context so you do not rebuild the plan each morning. Ari is a tool for follow-through, not a treatment or a substitute for care from a clinician.

Where things slip

  • A to-do app only helps if you open it. The task you meant to add at 11pm stays in your head.
  • Reminders set once go stale. Plans change, and a reminder that fires at the wrong time gets dismissed and forgotten.
  • Routines need repeating, and starting them again after a gap feels like failing, so the habit stops.

How Ari helps

Capture it in one message

Text Ari the thing the moment it comes up: "dentist forms, due Friday." Ari turns it into a task or reminder with a time. Voice notes work too when typing is too much.

Reminders and check-ins that reach you

Ari sends one-off reminders, recurring nudges, and follow-ups in iMessage, Telegram, or Discord. When something slips, Ari asks what happened and helps you set a new time instead of leaving an overdue pile.

Short habits with a streak you can see

Set a small routine such as a ten-minute walk or tidying your desk. Ari logs done, missed, or a rest day. A missed day resets the current streak and keeps your best streak, then Ari helps you pick the habit back up.

Memory so you do not re-explain

Ari remembers goals, people, and routines across days. You can see what Ari remembers and correct or delete any of it.

What it looks like

An invented example of how a small task goes from thought to done.

  1. You: need to call the insurance company, keep forgetting
  2. Ari: Got it. When do you want the nudge: after lunch today, or tomorrow morning?
  3. You: after lunch
  4. Ari: Set for 1:30pm today: call the insurance company. I'll check in after to see if it happened.
  5. You: ok didn't happen, meeting ran long
  6. Ari: That happens. Try 9am tomorrow before the day fills up?

What to keep in mind

  • Ari is a software tool. Ari does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from a doctor or therapist.
  • Ari is AI and can be wrong. Check anything with a hard deadline, such as a medical appointment time.

Text Ari one thing you keep forgetting.

Ari is AI, not a human assistant, and can be wrong. Start with one real thing you want to remember or keep doing.
